Bikram Hot Yoga

Bikram Hot Yoga is a heated yoga class that transforms your body from the inside out.  The set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises make up this class are scientifically designed to stretch every muscle, nourish every cell and strengthen every ligament and joint in your entire body.  These specific postures also help improve the health of your internal organ systems which leads to long-lasting vitality and good health.

Bikram Hot Yoga challenges you to tap into your mental strength and concentration so deeply that you access a meditative state while changing and improving your physical body.

Bikram Hot Yoga is the most therapeutic, healing yoga class ever created while being a powerful workout.  If you are injured, if you have pain in your body, if your joints feel creaky, come in and take a Bikram class and you will feel lighter, less pain, sleep better, less stress and leave with  smile on your face.

Hot Pilates HIIT

Hot Pilates HIIT gives our clients the workout they crave with the therapeutic benefits their bodies need!

Strength, cardio, flexibility, stamina, control, determination, perseverance, confidence.  You will gain all these qualities when you take a Hot Pilates HIIT class.

​

This life loving workout encompasses it all.  From core work, strength training & HIIT including awesome combinations of plyometrics, isometrics, weights and bands.  You will get results fast, both in how you look and more importantly how you feel.

This is an amazing upbeat class where you will have fun while you sweat.

STUDIO POLICIES

Please Read the Following Policies Carefully:

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class time.

  • The door is locked when class begins, so please be on time.

  • Clients must sign in at the desk before class and before putting down your mat.

  • Remove shoes before entering the Hot Room.

  • Hot Yoga Newry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Students under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

Yoga Session

YOUR FIRST YOGA CLASS

​

  • Every class is for beginners.

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class.

  • You will need a yoga mat, a large towel and water.

  • Drink water prior to class, being well hydrated makes class more enjoyable.

  • It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach, try to avoid large meals 2 hours prior to class.

  • The yoga room is heated, dress in lightweight clothing, be prepared to sweat.

  • Pace yourself, if you need to sit down and rest please take care of yourself and most importantly please do not compare yourself to anyone else in the room.

  • It is a life long practice!
