Cacao Ceremony & Heart Opening Yoga Flow

Pure cacao is beautifully balanced in its being both grounding and uplifting.  It is considered to be plant medicine by many South American cultures in its density of nutrients and its support of bodily and mental functions.  Along with providing bodily support, cacao assists the emotional heart in opening and lifting when ingested with intentionality. 

We will begin our time by moving through a heart-opening yoga flow and guided meditation, where you are given space to turn inward in order to settle and center yourself in preparation for the ceremony.  The cacao ceremony itself is intended to give us space to slow down, release distraction and bring our focus to all that is beautiful, good, and true in this world.

cacao contains caffeine, so try to drink caffeine or eat food 2 hours prior to the ceremony to allow your body to properly work with this plant medicine.
