🔥Hot Yoga/Pilates 1-2-1 in the studio🔥

This class is tailored to your needs, taking your Yoga or Pilates practice to the next level, delving deeper in the postures and gaining a deeper understanding of your unique body.


Sessions will take place in the studio in 40 degrees.


Exercise combined with heat can provide the following benefits: Improved flexibility. Burns more calories. Builds bone density. Reduces stress. Eases depression. Provides a cardiovascular boost. Reduces blood glucose levels. Nourishes the skin.


 

Private 1-2-1 class in the studio

1 Hour, £35


This class is tailored to your needs, taking your Yoga or Pilates practice to the next level, delving deeper in the postures and gaining a deeper understanding of your unique body. Sessions will take place in the studio.


 

Private 1-2-1 Zoom Consultation

1 hour, £25


This time can be tailored to your own unique needs. As a certified holistic health coach, yoga & pilates instructor, I can meet you where you are and assist you in moving and connecting to your best self. Human connection is vital right now we can sculpt this session to your needs, we can decide together where you would like to take this including: Healthy Eating Mindfulness Stress Reduction Weightloss Yin Yoga Yoga/Pilates techniques Sessions will take place on via private video link using Zoom. A link will be provided when you make your booking.
