BIKRAM HOT YOGA 60 / 90 MINS
Choose from our original 90-minute Bikram Class of the streamlined 60-minute version - a shorter format where select postures are practiced once instead of twice, while still delivering the full-body benefits of the sequence.

Both classes are designed for ALL levels, Beginners to Advanced. During the session you'll work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body for deep detoxification, strength, and balance.

HOT PILATES HIIT
Hot Pilates HIIT is a life loving workout. From core work, strength training & HIIT including awesome combination of plyometrics, isometrics, weights and bands. Taking you to the next level.
Prepare to feel amazing.
The 1-hour class is designed for ALL fitness levels.

REFORM RX
A mindful, full-body workout on the reformer that blends core activation, strength, and mobility in layered, purposeful movement.
Each session is designed to challenge and support you—building deep stability, improving posture, and increasing control from the inside out.

HOT YOGA FLOW
A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement with mindfulness.
In this class, each pose flows into the next, guided by your inhale and exhale.
Set in a gently heated studio, Hot Yoga Flow builds strength, flexibility, and focus—leaving you grounded, energised, and deeply refreshed.

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
Slow, soothing, and deeply restorative.
In this gentle class, postures are held for longer to target the fascia and connective tissue, releasing tension and encouraging deep relaxation.
Set by candlelight, the atmosphere is calm and meditative—helping you unwind, reset, and float out of class feeling light and open.
