This class is the 60 minute version of the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga class, except that some postures have one set instead of two.
The class is designed for ALL levels, Beginners to Advanced. During the 60-minute session work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body.

Hot Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Prepare to get stronger and leaner without the pounding of a high impact workout.
The 1-hour class is designed for ALL fitness levels.
Beginners are welcome!
The yoga postures are practised in the safe environment of a heated room, increasing blood circulation, muscle relaxation and minimizing the risk of injury. Strengthen your cardiovascular system and flush toxins from the body.

WARM MINDFUL FLOW
Warm Mindful Flow is bringing awareness to the present moment by focusing on the yoga movement linked to the breath. It's a great class to enhance self awareness and bring awareness to whatever is happening in the present moment.
It's also a great addition to your training for better recovery, increase flexibility, strengthen and tone. This class is warm (not hot)

Beginners yoga is a great introduction to yoga, a relaxed pace. The room is warm not hot. Class is set to music and clients get a chance to try variations of poses.
Although its called beginners, it is suitable for more advanced practitioners to explore and to get your yoga therapy in!
It allows us the freedom to practice yoga with a little more fun and intuition. The music adds a fun ambiance and the poses change from day to day so our body loves it too!
This class is warm (not hot)
Warrior Sculpt combines Yoga with strength and cardio training. This high-energy class will tone, lengthen and strengthen your entire body using traditional Yoga poses and sequences.
By adding light weights it is a perfect format for all levels. This unique class challenges the participants to explore their strength, balance and flexibility.
You will leave feeling stronger, more energetic and de-stressed from body and mind.
