Hot Yoga Newry is a purpose built hot yoga studio located in the WIN Business Park. Hot Yoga and Hot Core HIIT is for EVERYONE. Whatever your age, whether you are a hard core athlete, recovering from an injury or simply easing back into fitness. Every class is suitable for beginners, you do everything at your own pace, by coming to class you are going to be challenged but we empower you to listen to your body. You are your own best teacher. We always offer variations to the postures to enable you to move mindfully through the postures to increase your strength and stamina and gain the endorphin boost! You will leave feeling taller, leaner, lighter, stronger, more energized and more importantly feel calmer and more at ease.

This class is the 60 minute version of the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga class, except that some postures have one set instead of two.
The class is designed for ALL levels, Beginners to Advanced. During the 60-minute session work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body.

Hot Core HIIT is a life loving workout. From core work, strength training & HIIT including awesome combination of plyometrics, isometrics, weights and bands. Taking you to the next level.
