CLASSES AT HOT YOGA NEWRY

A Life of Balance

Due to COVID 19 we are currently operating with a restricted timetable and are limiting class sizes to ensure more space between students.

We are ensuring extra ventilation between classes and paying extra attention to disinfecting surfaces, door handles.

We will continue to monitor the situation and do all we can to keep the studios virus-free so you can continue to attend classes with confidence.

It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Hot Yoga Newry offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. See the classes we offer below, and get in touch with us if you have any questions.

 

STUDIO POLICIES

Please Read the Following Policies Carefully:

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class time.

  • The door is locked when class begins, so please be on time.

  • Students must sign in at the desk before class and before putting down your mat.

  • Remove shoes before entering the Hot Room.

  • The Lost & Found is donated on the last day of every month.

  • Hot Yoga Newry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please try to be still and silent between postures. Please no social conversation!

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Students under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

  • Students 14 years and younger are allowed to practice the floor series. They must have a parent or legal guardian in the class.

  • Please keep showers short – 3 minutes max.

 
Yoga Session

YOUR FIRST YOGA CLASS

  • Every class is for beginners.

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class.

  • You will need a yoga mat, a large towel and water.

  • Drink water prior to class, being well hydrated makes class more enjoyable.

  • It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach, try to avoid large meals 2 hours prior to class.

  • The yoga room is heated, dress in lightweight clothing, be prepared to sweat.

  • Pace yourself, if you need to sit down and rest please take care of yourself and most importantly please do not compare yourself to anyone else in the room.

  • It is a life long practice!
